working together looks like…

First we start with a “free discovery call” which is industry lingo for a quick free chat to learn about each other and make sure we’re the perfect fit. It’s your chance to tell me what’s been going on for you health-wise, and suss me out, and for me to establish how I can help you.⁣ Talking through your symptoms helps us figure out what might work best for you.

You might choose an initial appointment and a follow-up consultation, or build a bespoke bundle of sessions for unwavering ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.

Sessions will take place online via Zoom (a free download, of which most are familiar with these days!),

 

initial consultation

£250

All new clients will start with a session of 75 - 90 minutes in which we deep-dive into your medical history, your current health status, medications and lifestyle. Lots of information will be gleaned in a pre-appointment questionnaire which means we can get really focused during our time together.

You will receive:

  • A bespoke plan tailored to your needs.

  • A clear focus until we meet again.

  • Recommendations for high-quality supplements, if required.

  • Recommendations for functional testing, if necessary.

  • Email support, if required.

  • A non-diet approach, with simple changes designed to be sustainable.

  • Hours of research (buried in science papers - my happy place).

follow up consultation

£125

To follow the initial consultation, this is where we review what has worked, and work collaboratively to understand what needs to be tweaked. We will build on your progress and introduce new recommendations. 

This is often where the magic happens. 

This appointment may come weekly (in which case, we will surely discuss a discount) or you may feel we need to check in every month or six weeks.

Either way, you will receive:

  • Detailed notes of our discussion.

  • A clear plan of action until we meet again.

  • Amendments to supplement plan, if needed.

  • Recommendations for functional testing, if necessary.

  • Email support, if required.

  • More solutions rooted in science. Science, but with a cuddle.

  • Additional research.

Once we’ve established it’s a love-in, we’ll book you in for your first consultation and I’ll send over some “prep”. ⁣

  1. The “prep” includes a health questionnaire and a three day food diary for you to fill in - easy! I like to get this back a day prior to your appointment so I can research your case, your current medications/supplements, and go through what a typical day of eating might look like for you.⁣

  2. The questionnaire has given me a steer but our INITIAL CONSULTATION is where the magic happens. We expand on the information you gave and delve into all aspects of your health. No judgement. I will guide you through some small amendments that can yield big results and explain what I think may be going on. My approach is science-lead and evidence-based. We’ll chat for about 1-1.5 hours but I promise it’ll fly by!⁣

  3. 2-3 days of research later you’ll receive your PLAN, which is a pretty in-depth summation of our session, what foods to focus on/what foods to let go of, some lifestyle suggestions, maybe a recommendation for functional testing if appropriate, supplements that may help, recipes to build into your repertoire. Your plan is completely unique to you. ⁣

  4. If you have questions we’ll spend some time addressing them so you feel confident that any suggested steps are achievable and sustainable. Then we’ll make a plan for our next FOLLOW UP, sometimes 2 weeks later, or 4, or 6. Dependent on the level of support you need. ⁣
